We want you to love your cleaning routine. If your VINHOR Pressurized Handheld Multi-Surface Natural Steam Cleaner isn’t the right fit, our return policy is simple and transparent.


📦 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied.

Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

  • In like-new condition (cleaned, dried, and free of heavy wear or misuse)
  • Packed in its original box with protective inserts (if included)
  • Includes all accessories and attachments originally supplied

📍 HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@vinhor.shop with your Order Number.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not return the item to the address on the shipping label. Returns must be authorised first so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide the nearest return address for your location to minimise delivery time.


🛡️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We pack every order carefully, but shipping damage can occasionally happen. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and your Order Number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement part, replacement unit, or a suitable solution — free of charge.


🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned without the original packaging (required for safe transport)
  • Products with visible heavy wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing major parts
  • Gift cards

💳 REFUNDS TIMELINE

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
